Digipak - Cover Ideas and Editing
I have looked at different ways I can edit my album cover to make it more striking to look at.
The photographs have been taken and are owned by Sam Shelton (http://samuel-shelton-photography.blogspot.co.uk/) who will be playing the male role in our video.

Album Name
We have chosen to call our album 'Believe'. This is because our artist is supposed to be admiral and a role model to her audience so we though 'Believe' could be seen as motivational and encourages them to not give up. It also has connotations as being inspiring.

Album Covers
This mood board shows a selection of album covers for artists in the same genre as we are using. I have mainly looked at female artist because they are more relevant to us and will be more benefical for us to look at however I have looked at a few male artists too to give us a broader view. The general theme seems to be that the cover displays the artists face in a close up however there are a few exceptions where the cover is more quirky and uses drawn/animated images.

This week..
By the end of this week we will have both completed 3 analysis' each of existing album covers and made a start on analysing 3 posters each that match our genre. We also need to start planning our our own digipak ideas, making sure that we take themes and colours into consideration when planning our designs.
Charlotte's - Digipack Colour Schemes
Here are some colour scheme ideas I am looking at for my Digipack and poster. I want to experiment and select the colour scheme that will best represent our artist and promote her genre of music.
